At Burgo Istanbul, teachers don't sit at a desk. The educational approach is based entirely on one-on-one support alongside the student. In laboratory classes, teachers spend approximately 80% of their time with the student, while theoretical classes focus on topics such as marketing and sales, which will directly benefit the student's professional life.

Class sizes are limited to maintain the quality of learning. In Tailoring and Modeling classes, in particular, a maximum of eight students are allowed per class. This allows each student to interact directly with their teacher and maximize the learning experience.

Burgo's education system is primarily practice-based. Students gain experience in laboratory settings, real-world projects, and collaborations, as if they were working in a company. Theoretical courses cover only professionally relevant topics. All of our teachers are fashion professionals, allowing students to learn firsthand the dynamics of the business world.

Our training utilizes the world's best and most renowned fashion books, "Il Figurino di Moda" and "Il Modellismo Sartoriale." These works are essential resources that accompany our students not only during their studies but also in their professional lives after graduation. Many of our former students continue to refer to these books for questions or needs, even years later.

We know these books very well because we wrote them! They are available in both Italian and English. The content is regularly updated with the contributions of our experts, ensuring students always have access to the most relevant, up-to-date information for the industry.
